Access: Desde la ciudad de Neuquén se llega a Zapala a través de la Ruta Nacional Nº 22. Desde Zapala se accede al área protegida tomando la Ruta Nacional Nº 40 y empalmando luego con la Ruta Provincial Nº 46 que atraviesa el Parque.Por el sur también se puede acceder desde localidades como Aluminé o Junín de los Andes, y desde el norte desde Mendoza, en ambos casos por la Ruta Nacional Nº 40. .
Comments: Pesca autorizada únicamente del 01/04/11 al 31/10/11.Prohibida la navegación. Sectores autorizados ver croquis descripto en el anexo de PN. PN Laguna Blanca: únicamente frente a la Ruta Provincial Nº 46, en los sitios señalados por la cartelería. Consultar al personal de Guardaparques. Neuquén: únicamente sector perteneciente a la comunidad Mapuche Zapata en los sitios señalados por la cartelería. Consultar al personal de guardafaunas.
